Equipment features:
The steel is conveyed by a roller conveyor system to an enclosed shot blasting cleaning chamber. Shot blasting machines accelerate and eject shot (cast steel shot or wire cut shot) onto the steel surface, impacting and scraping off rust and contaminants. High-pressure blow pipes then clean the accumulated shot and dust from the steel surface, and the steel is quickly discharged, achieving the goal of rust removal and rust prevention.

Main structure and working principle
The shot blasting machine equipment mainly consists of shot blasting cleaning room, shot blasting machine assembly, screw conveyor, elevator, separator, shot feeding gate, track, dust removal system, fan, electrical control system and other parts.
Roller type high-performance shot blasting cleaning equipment, driven by a speed regulating motor, rolls the workpiece in the blasting area of the cleaning chamber during the cleaning process. The workpiece is subjected to dense and powerful projectiles from different directions of the space structure, causing the oxide rust scale and dirt on it to quickly fall off. The steel surface obtains a certain roughness and smooth surface. At the same time, the workpiece is relieved of stress and deformation due to the dense and powerful impact.
During the cleaning process, the scattered pellet dust mixture is collected by the chamber feeding screw conveyor on the lower shell of the elevator, and then transported by the elevator and conveyor to the separator. The separator produces a pellet dust waterfall, which is blown away by the wind to remove dust. The separated clean pellets fall into the separator hopper and are thrown out by the shot blasting machine through the pellet conveying system.
The air dust from the separator and cleaning room is driven by the ventilation fan and enters the environmental dust collector through the air duct system for dust removal. The purified air is discharged into the atmosphere, and the particulate dust is captured and collected in the dust collector.
